Legal, Verification, and Transparency

Who We Are

Undefinable and Expansive Inc. is a Utah nonprofit religious organization and spiritual center operating under the public spiritual expression and outreach of Open and Clear. We are organized to provide spiritual education, devotional gatherings, meditation, community support, inspirational media, and universal spiritual lessons rooted in direct experience, personal revelation, forgiveness, purification, and the recognition of oneness.

We are a Creed — a “religion” based on ancient wisdom that recognizes the shared inner essence found at the depth of many religions, spiritual paths, and sacred traditions. Our work is centered on helping individuals experience the spiritual universe for themselves, rather than merely believing in inherited ideas, dogma, or secondhand interpretations.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide inclusive spiritual education, devotional practice, community gatherings, meditation, inspirational media, and creative support that help individuals experience the spiritual universe firsthand. We aim to support those who may not feel fully welcomed or spiritually nourished by other religious organizations, while honoring the shared wisdom found within many traditions. Through worship, meditation, study, energy awareness, forgiveness, creative inspiration, and service, we seek to help people recognize unity, deepen spiritual experience, and live with greater clarity, compassion, and devotion.

Core Programs and Activities

Devotional Gatherings

We offer spiritual gatherings, devotional celebrations, meditation experiences, discussion circles, and worship-centered events designed to help participants connect with “God,” the Universe, All That Is, Elohim, and the living reality of the Wholly Spiritual Universe.

Meditation and Spiritual Practice

Our meditation programs include both passive and active forms of meditation. Passive meditation supports stillness, observation, and nonreaction. Active meditation may include guided visualization, movement, breath, energy awareness, and intentional spiritual focus.

Spiritual Education

We provide lessons, study groups, written materials, videos, and discussions on spiritual awakening, forgiveness, non-duality, personal revelation, purification, and the essence of wisdom found across religious and mystical traditions.

Community Support

We seek to provide a supportive spiritual community for individuals and families who desire connection, encouragement, prayerful support, and a place to explore direct spiritual experience in an inclusive environment.

Energy and Sound Healing Education

As energy healers, we provide education and discussion around alternative spiritual practices, including energy healing, sound healing, meditation, and spiritual awareness. These practices are offered as spiritual and educational experiences, not as substitutes for medical or mental health care.

Extending Inspiration

Through our creative and inspirational outreach, we support individuals in developing, sharing, and publishing meaningful spiritual, educational, and transformational works. This may include writing support, editing, interviews, publications, storytelling, and creative guidance.

Who We Serve

We serve individuals seeking spiritual growth, those looking for inclusive community, people who feel unsupported by traditional or popular religious organizations, spiritual seekers from many backgrounds, families, creatives, meditators, students of mystical wisdom, and those who desire direct personal experience of the Divine.

We welcome and serve people of all races, colors, national origins, ancestries, ages, abilities, sexes, sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions, marital statuses, family structures, economic backgrounds, religious backgrounds, spiritual traditions, and levels of spiritual experience. This recognition may include participation in the Creed, alignment with our organizational values, involvement in devotional or educational programs, and acknowledgment by the organization according to its internal standards.

We may also offer service memberships, course memberships, program bundles, subscriptions, or discounted participation options to help make ongoing spiritual education, gatherings, classes, and community resources more accessible. These memberships are practical participation options and do not determine a person’s spiritual worth, belonging, or ultimate inclusion within the greater reality of the Creed.
